A: All handmade items are proudly made in Ohio, USA. Licensed items (like our Ohio State and U.S. Army products) are designed by Top Rocks Paws and produced by trusted manufacturers.

Orders & Shipping

Q: Where can I shop your products?
A: You can find Top Rocks Paws on Etsy, Amazon Handmade, TikTok Shop, and through our Linktree. You can also shop in person at select Painted Tree Boutiques and local Ohio stores.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Handmade orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or large sales, processing may take a few extra days. If you need a rush order please reach out to me directly.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States. For special requests, please reach out through our contact form. We can ship internationally via Etsy.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: Most orders ship via USPS with tracking included.

Q: What sizes do your bandanas come in?
A: Over-the-collar bandanas come in 6 sizes (XS to XXL). Tie-on styles come in Small, Medium, and Large. You can find a detailed size chart on each product listing.

Q: How do I care for my bandana or collar?
A: Machine wash on cold and tumble dry low. If the bandana has a decal applied please hang dry and do not put into the dryer. For longevity, avoid ironing directly over vinyl designs.

Q: Are your fabrics safe for pets?
A: Yes. our handmade products are made from 100% cotton and pet-safe materials. Toys are filled with polyfill and organic catnip.

A: Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue.
