Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at toprockscreations@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post refunds.
